Refund Policy

Effective September 26, 2026. Telloo is operated by DoubleHash, a sole proprietorship registered in the Republic of Korea. This policy explains when you can get your money back.

1. Try before you pay

Every organization starts with a 14-day trial of the plan it picked. No payment is taken during the trial, so there is nothing to refund if you decide Telloo is not for you.

2. 14-day money-back guarantee

If you are not satisfied, request a refund within 14 days of any payment — the first one or a renewal, monthly or annual — and you will receive a full refund of that payment. You do not need to give a reason.

After 14 days, payments are not refundable except where required by law. We may still refund at our discretion, for example after a billing error or an extended outage.

3. Cancelling

  • You can cancel at any time from your organization's billing page.
  • Cancelling stops the next renewal. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you already paid for.
  • When a refund is issued, the subscription it covers ends and the organization moves to read-only. Your posts, votes and comments are not deleted.

4. How to request a refund

Our orders are processed by Paddle.com, which acts as our online reseller and merchant of record. You can request a refund in either of these ways:

Refunds go back to the original payment method. They are usually processed within 5 business days; your bank may take longer to show them.

5. Your statutory rights

This policy does not limit any right you have under the consumer protection laws of your country of residence.
