Terms of Service

Effective September 3, 2026. These terms govern your use of Telloo. By creating an organization or using a Telloo board, you agree to them.

1. The service

Telloo lets an organization run a public feedback board on a subdomain of telloo.io. Visitors can post ideas, vote and comment — by default without creating an account. The organization's administrators triage those posts and publish a roadmap.

2. Accounts

  • You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in method secure.
  • An organization's owner has final authority over it, including removing members and deleting boards.
  • You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction, and you must not use Telloo if you are barred from doing so under applicable law.

3. Your content

You keep ownership of what you post. You grant Telloo the licence needed to host, store, display and transmit it in order to operate the service.

You are responsible for what you post. Do not post content that is unlawful, infringing, malicious, or that contains other people's personal data without a basis for doing so.

Organization administrators can edit statuses and delete posts and comments on their boards, including anonymous ones. Content posted without an account cannot be edited or deleted by its author, because there is no account to authenticate against.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • probe, scan or disrupt the service, or circumvent rate limits, access controls or plan limits;
  • use the service to send spam, or to collect personal data for unrelated purposes;
  • resell or white-label the service except as expressly permitted by your plan;
  • upload malware, or attempt to gain access to other organizations' data.

We may suspend or terminate access that violates these terms or that threatens the service or other users.

5. Plans, trials and payment

  • Every organization starts with a 14-day trial. There is no free plan.
  • Plans carry limits — number of boards, team seats, custom domains and storage. Limits are enforced by the service and are listed on the pricing page.
  • Only members of your organization count as billable seats. The visitors who post and vote on your board are never billed.
  • Prices are shown in USD. Where required, tax is added at checkout or handled by our payment provider acting as merchant of record.
  • Fees are charged in advance for the billing period you select and are non-refundable except where required by law. Cancelling stops the next renewal; the plan stays active until the end of the paid period.

Online payment is not enabled yet. Until it is, no charge is made and this section describes how billing will work once it is available.

6. What happens if payment lapses

We narrow access rather than destroy data. If a trial ends or a payment fails, an organization moves through the following states:

  • Grace period — the board keeps working and we ask you to update payment.
  • Read-only — the board can still be read, but nothing new can be posted.
  • Suspended — the board is no longer publicly accessible.

At none of these stages do we delete your posts, votes or comments. They return when the subscription resumes. We may delete data after an extended period of suspension, and will give notice by email before doing so.

7. Availability and changes

We aim to keep Telloo available but we do not promise uninterrupted service. We may change or discontinue features. For changes that materially reduce a paid feature, we will give reasonable notice to affected account holders.

8. Termination

You may stop using Telloo and delete your organization at any time. We may terminate or suspend access for breach of these terms, for non-payment, or if required by law. On termination, your right to use the service ends; you may request an export of your data beforehand.

9. Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Telloo's total liability arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid for it in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profits or lost data.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including under the consumer protection laws of your country of residence.

10. Privacy

Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and the courts of the Republic of Korea have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory laws of your country of residence.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will update the effective date above and, for material changes, notify account holders by email before they take effect.
