What counts as a seat?
Anyone in your organization — Owner, Admin or Member. The people posting and voting on your board are never billed.
Can we switch plans later?
Yes, at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated; downgrades apply at the next renewal.
What happens when the trial ends?
Your board becomes read-only until you subscribe. Nothing is deleted — every post, vote and comment returns the moment the subscription resumes.
